The flicker of fire flies dancing at dusk, the scent of lilacs and roses wafting on the warm breeze, the sound of a wood screen door as it closes shut, and the refreshing taste of cold lemonade on a hot afternoon – summer on the North Coast has arrived!

I am honored and excited to be asked to be the 2010 Lead Designer on the YMCA Dream House this year!

I just love “barefoot season” – goodbye shoes and hello cool, lush grass under my feet and between my toes! I just love the wonderful warm, sunny days that summer brings to our little corner of the world here in Northeast Ohio. I hope you’re enjoying the summer and wonderful times with family and friends wherever you are.

While summer most often brings to mind “vacation,” this is one of the busiest times of the year here at Devine Designs. I am honored and excited to be asked to be the 2010 Lead Designer on the YMCA Dream House this year! This is the 17^th year for the project and for the first time ever we have a lake-front lot! I am designing and decorating eight (yes 8) rooms in this year’s house! I don’t think a designer has ever been given that many rooms to do ever!

While working on the Dream House, I am also helping many of you to create the homes you want within the houses you have. Summer means “selling season” and I am helping many of you sell your homes with my staging services. To date, Devine Designs has staged more $6 million in homes in Northeast Ohio!!

As one satisfied customers recently wrote, “The best thing that happened to us was when we connected with you to help us sell our house. I must admit that we were a little skeptic of putting any additional money into a house that we were trying to sell, but in hindsight, it was the best thing we did.”
