Holiday Idea House
Devine Designs was selected as one of seven design companies to decorate a room for the holidays at Lantern Court, the former Corning Family country estate at the Holden Arboretum. The “French Room” was a little girl’s room that we decorated to be a child’s fantasy of the holidays. Visitors voted the room their favorite on the tour! 80 hours of planning, shopping, creating, and decorating were donated by Devine Designs to make the magical room transformation.

And Diana did all of this with only a $500 budget! Award-winning designs can be done on a tight budget!

Seau’s The Restaurant
Commercial Design: $1.3 million project. Selected as a member of the team of professionals to help All-Pro San Diego Chargers’ Linebacker Junior Seau create this 14,000 Square-foot sports-themed restaurant. I worked with the contractor, architect and other professionals to help create Junior’s vision of what has now become San Diego’s #1 rated sports restaurant. www.seau.com

Craftsman Renovation
$125,000 project. Devine Designs worked with the clients and their contractor to transform this bungalow into a beautiful Craftsman-style home. We “lived in the blueprint” to make sure that the architect’s plans would work for the way the family lived in their home. We also helped clients with the selection of wall colors, flooring, accessories, art, and window treatments. Devine Designs also assisted with furniture selection and placement in the master bedroom and living room.

Fun & Funky!
Commercial Design: $23,000 project. Client retained Devine Designs to help turn a former antique store into a “paint your own ” pottery & crafts studio. The feeling they wanted was fun and funky. The entire renovation was completed in less than two months and included creating renderings, selecting wall & floor coverings, shelving and display pieces, and creating a space plan.
