Buyers need to be able to imagine themselves living in your house. Remember: The way you live in your home and the way we market your house are two very different things. As you can see in the photos below, staging has transformed the room into one that is purposeful and welcoming to prospective buyers.

Home buyers are looking at your home on the internet before they ever step into the actual property... Your home can be eliminated from a buyer's "must see" list if it doesn't have curb appeal with online photos that show the property in its best possible condition. However, a Staged home can create that great first impression... The message the buyer receives is: "This house won't be on the market long, we better put an offer in NOW!" Staging makes buyers want to move IN ...not move ON.

Market Ready Assessment

The home-selling process can be quite exciting but, with so much to do, it can be difficult to know exactly where to begin.

Devine Designs’ Market Ready Assessment provides you with a WRITTEN, PRIORITIZED report that tells you exactly what needs to be done to help your house sell.

The Market Ready Assessment Includes:

  • Customized, room-by-room enhancement recommendations you can implement yourself. If we suggest you remove wall paper or paint a room, we will tell you EXACTLY what color we want you to paint. No guessing on your part!
  • Recommendations of any repairs or improvements that will benefit the property
  • A list of the Top Staging Priorities for each room
  • Ways to maximize square footage in the “power rooms” that will make or break a sale.

Armed with written the Market Ready Assessment, you can immediately begin doing the work yourself or hiring the painters, cleaners, packers etc. Need help with completing the work? Devine Designs can do it all!

Fee:
The cost of a MRA report is 10% of the square footage of your home as listed on your county auditor's website (e.g. a report for a 2300 Sq. Ft. house would be $230)
This includes up to four (4) hours of time to complete the report. If additional time is needed beyond the four hours, a fee of $75/hour will be charged.

Our minimum fee for a written MRA report is $180.00 (e.g. if your home is 1100 Sq. Ft. the charge for the report would be $180.00)

Shopping

Diana can shop for key accessories to help you pull the look together. She knows all the places to get steals and deals!

Hands-On Staging

During your Hands-On Consultation: Forget the written report, instead bring Diana in for an hour or two if your house just needs a bit of tweaking in order to get it ready to sell. Diana will use her staging expertise to help you create the WOW factor that buyers respond to during this hands-on process. She will make things happen as she goes room to room and may re-arrange furniture, re-accessorize bookshelves, give you specific paint colors to create warm and welcoming rooms, and help you showcase your square footage. Diana puts the finishing touches on the house ensuring it's ready to show & sell!

Fee:
$125.00/hour

Out-Of-Area/State Sellers

If you’re already out of the area but have a house to sell, Diana can take care of everything for you! She has resources who can paint, make repairs & do even landscaping.
